  Scan for Viruses and other Malware, Install Virus Protection, Optimize Computer (This includes repair labor of black and blue screens)


• Data Backup - Standard
  Backup or transfer up to 10 GB of data to a Dual-Layer DVD or an existing external device.


• Data Backup - Extensive
  Backup OR transfer of unlimited data from 1 drive. Cost does include Hard Drive for backup only.


• Data Transfer or Cloning Service
  Transfer or Clone data from one PC to another PC or Hard Drive.


• Email Setup
  Setup of your Email Account on your PC


• Hardware Install
  Installation of Internal hardware device in addition or replacement of existing hardware.

  Set up and configuration of Wired Network and up to 3 devices and shared Printer. Additional devices installed at $10 each. (Available on ALL Windows Operating Systems)


• Operating System and Driver Disc
  Operating System and Driver USB Flash Drive Delivered locally or by Postal Mail.


• Operating System Installation
  Installation of Operating System and Drivers on 1 PC or Laptop. Does not include recovery media.


• Password Recovery/Reset
  Removal of MOST BIOS/CMOS Passwords and All Windows Passwords


• Printer Installation
  Installation and Instruction on usage of Printer or All-in-One printer


• Printer Installation -Networked
  Installation and Instruction on usage of Printer or All-in-One printer on network with up to 3 devices configured for shared usage. Does not include Hardware.


• Printer Troubleshooting
  Diagnose and repair problems related to printer functionality including hardware malfunction, low ink or toner, cables, drivers, or error lights. Does not include Parts.


• Software Install and Setup
  Installation of up to 3 Software Titles and configuration with your network if needed. Additional Titles are extra and Software is not Provided.


• Software Troubleshooting
  Diagnose and Repair problems with Installed Software inlcuding errors, crashing, and other abnormalities.


• Technology Consultation
  Support with purchasing new hardware or software. This includes discussing recommendations and requirements for purchases and upgrades.


• Training (Computer)
  Training on a specific area related to Laptop and Computer usage. This may include either hardware or software.


• Virus and Malware Removal
  Removal of Viruses, Trojans, Worms, Rootkits, and other forms of Malware. Price is promotional until further notice. Business cards stating $40 Virus Removal can be used as coupons while supplies last.


• Virus Protection Renewal
  Renew your License for Kaspersky for 1 Year


• Wireless Networking and Security
  Set up and configuration of Wireless Network and up to 3 devices and shared Printer. Additional devices installed at $10 each. (Server, 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista, 7)
