1. Tell Kevin what’s happening.
Share your computer type, the symptoms, any error messages and your location. Call 210-488-4995 or email kevin@24hrcs.com. You don’t need to create an account or complete a form.
2. Discuss service and pricing.
Choose service at your place or mine, remote support when appropriate, or pickup by arrangement. On-site service at your location has an additional fee. Diagnostics and repair labor are bundled into one price, whether you need one or both. Replacement parts cost extra. Kevin discusses the price and gets your approval before any work begins. 3. Arrange the work.
Keep the computer, power supply and relevant accessories available. If you can safely back up important files beforehand, do so. For a failing drive or missing data, ask for guidance before making changes.
4. Review the result.
Ask about the work performed, any remaining issues and what to do next. If a problem returns, contact Kevin and refer to the service warranty information.
